CDS is a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD) at UH Mānoa, offering interdisciplinary training, research, and community services to promote full participation for people with disabilities across the lifespan. It serves thousands of underrepresented individuals including those with disabilities, their families, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders.
