Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) – State of Hawaii, Department of Health

The Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) is the State of Hawaii Department of Health agency that administers Medicaid 1915(c) Home and Community Based Services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DDD also oversees the Neurotrauma Program, Hospital and Community Dental Services, and workforce development supports for caregivers and Direct Support Professionals.
