Hawaii Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program

The Hawaii Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program protects the health, safety, welfare, and rights of kupuna living in licensed long-term care facilities statewide. Certified Ombudsmen make regular in-person visits, handle complaints confidentially, and advocate for residents against actions that may violate their rights.
